Pitch Presentation Techniques

There are any 'Do's and Don'ts' when it comes to pitching an idea. These include your voice such as pitch and register, your body language and how you engage the audience etc. 


1.DO your research- What good is a media pitch without any research and statistics to back up your points and ideas.

2.DON'T be overly eager or force the product on your audience- If the people you are pitching your idea to are impressed by your product than you should be letting the product speak for itself and let them decide if they like it.

3.DO speak clearly- There is no point in pitching an idea if the audience can't hear you or don't understand the idea. Speak clearly and explain to the audience your intentions.

4.DO be professional- Being sophisticated and professional means the audience can trust you and understand your intentions.

5. DON'T be patronizing- Don't talk down to your audience and don't be condescending. Talk to them as though you are putting your heads together to create a great product.

6.DO get to the point- Make sure you get to the point and don't bore the audience by taking to long and going into way too much detail.

7. DO believe in your product- Make
